Lady Yoe Claim the 2A Region IV Title, Earn Trip to State |
The Lady Yoe Golf Team used a dominating 2nd Round score of 345 to win the Region IV meet by 36 strokes in front of 2nd place Lago Vista. The Lady Yoe were paced on the 2nd day by Individual Gold Medalist Emily Fuchs' 76, and Bronze Medalist Lauren Eichinger's 85. Also scoring for the Lady Yoe were Haley Miller 91, Jenna Sapp 93, and Emily Dohnalik with a 98. Individual Medalist competitor Brittany Brashear also shot a career best with a 99 on the 2nd day. The Lady Yoe will compete at the State Tournament at the Roy Kizer Golf Course in Austin on May 9th & 10th. Lady Yoe Golf Team Wins 6th Straight District Title, Sends 6 to Regional Tournament |
